Note: Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to offer licensed themes such as Bluey, Disney, Marvel, or Barbie.
How much are the boxes?
Our party boxes range from $146–$252, depending on the theme, size (number of guests), and inclusions. All prices are in AUD, include GST, and include standard shipping within Australia..
What’s included in a party box?
Each box contains everything you need to create a beautifully themed party from tableware and decorations to fun extras. Inclusions vary slightly depending on the theme, but every box is designed to make setup stress-free.
Product Variations: We do our best to ensure all items in your party box match the photos and descriptions shown on our website. However, from time to time colours, designs, or styles may vary due to stock availability. If a substitution is needed, it will always be of equal or greater value and match your chosen theme. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been sent, delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location.
Standard Shipping: Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, though remote or regional areas may take longer.
Express Shipping: Most metro orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer, but are still prioritised over standard shipping.
Please remember that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post. While we cannot guarantee exact dates once an order is handed over, we will always take reasonable steps to assist with delivery issues.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping within Australia is already included in the product price. If you'd like your order delivered faster, you can choose Express Shipping at checkout for an additional $9.20.
Can I upgrade to Express Shipping after placing an order?
No! Express Shipping must be selected at checkout. Once your order is placed, the shipping option cannot be changed.
Can I customise a party box?
At this stage, we don’t offer customisation of party boxes. However, if you need a box for more than 30 guests, please get in touch with us via email at info@partyyourworld.com.au and we’ll be happy to provide you with a custom quote.
Do you offer adult or other event themes?
Currently, we focus on children’s party themes. However, we’re exploring expanding into adult celebrations and seasonal events in the future. Stay tuned!
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event to allow enough time for processing, shipping and setup..
Will the products look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to ensure all items in your box match what’s displayed on our website. However, colours, designs, and styles may vary slightly due to stock availability. All items shown on the website are included, but substitutions may occur when certain products are unavailable. Where substitutions are necessary, they will always be of equal or greater value and match your chosen theme. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours, provided processing has not started. Once processing begins (usually within 3–5 business days) or the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What if my order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@partyyourworld.com.au with photos. Once verified, we will provide a refund or replacement, depending on the situation. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in all cases.
