Shipping and Delivery Policy

Introduction

At Party Your World, we aim to make shipping and delivery simple, transparent, and reliable. This shipping and delivery policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your orders. It also outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  1. Shipping Information

     The price you see already includes standard shipping within Australia, no extra cost at checkout. You can choose Express Shipping at checkout for an additional $9.20.

     Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has been sent, delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location.

     Standard Shipping: Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Remote or regional areas may take a little longer.

     Express Shipping: If you need your order faster, Express Post usually delivers within 1 to 3 business days to most metro areas. Deliveries to rural or remote locations may take slightly longer, but they will still be prioritised over standard shipping.

    Please remember that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a parcel has been handed over, we will always take reasonable steps to help resolve any delivery issues.

    Please double-check your delivery address – we can’t take responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect details.

  2.  Processing and Dispatch

    Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day, with dispatch occurring within the standard 3 to 5 day timeframe. This complies with obligations under the Australian Consumer Law to supply goods within a reasonable timeframe.
    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  3.  Delivery Methods

    Standard Shipping is included in the product price and shipped via Australia Post.

    Express Shipping is available at checkout for an additional $9.20. This option prioritises your delivery through Australia Post’s Express Post network.

  4. Tracking

    All orders are sent with tracking details, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

    Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery status using the tracking information provided.

  5. Accuracy of Delivery Details

    Customers must provide correct and complete delivery details at checkout.

    Party Your World is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

    If your parcel is delayed or goes missing in transit, please contact us at info@partyyourworld.com.au.

    We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post and keep you updated throughout the process.

    Under the Australian Consumer Law, if your order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

  7. Delivery Exceptions

    We currently only ship within Australia.

    Delivery times may be affected by peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter), natural disasters, or unforeseen courier issues.
