Claim designs or materials as your own;
Alter or reproduce our designs for commercial purposes; or
Upload our products to file-sharing or print-on-demand sites.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or sale of Party Your World materials is a breach of copyright law and may result in legal action.
You retain ownership of any personal photos, names, or event details you provide when customising an order. Party Your World does not claim ownership of your personal content.
Products
All Products are curated sets. We do not offer customisation unless agreed by a special quote for large orders of over 30 guests.
Due to licensing restrictions, we cannot offer licensed themes such as Bluey, Disney, Marvel, or Barbie.
Colours, styles, and designs may vary slightly from photographs due to stock availability. Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and aligned with your selected theme.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Standard shipping is included in the product price. Express shipping may be selected at checkout for an additional fee.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Standard and Express shipping is available through Australia Post.
Delivery times vary depending on location. Once dispatched, delivery is subject to Australia Post timeframes.
If delivery cannot be made within a reasonable timeframe due to supplier or courier issues, customers will be notified promptly and may choose a full refund or replacement.

Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Digital downloads are non-refundable unless faulty or misdescribed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
