Introduction
At Party Your World, we want to make shopping with us easy, transparent, and stress-free. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds and cancellations. It also outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Returns and Refunds
As our boxes are curated sets, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please email us at info@partyyourworld.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist quickly.
If a return is required due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please include your order number and photographs to assist in processing.
Consumer Guarantees (Your Rights)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.A repair, replacement, or refund if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day, with dispatch occurring within the standard 3 to 5 day timeframe.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If we cannot supply your order within the advertised timeframe or a reasonable period, you may be entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned or refunded except as required under the ACL.
Digital Downloads: Once delivered, digital files cannot be returned or refunded. This includes party guides, checklists, or other downloadable content. If a digital file is faulty, corrupted, or misdescribed, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
Curated Party Boxes: Because our boxes are pre-packed and theme-specific, they cannot be refunded for change of mind. Variations in colours or designs due to stock availability are not grounds for a refund, provided substitutions are of equal or greater value and align with the selected theme.
Product Variations
Colours and designs may vary slightly due to stock availability. Where substitutions are necessary, they will always be of equal or greater value and consistent with your chosen theme. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Extra Notes
Adult supervision is required when using children’s party products.
We always try to use eco-friendly packaging and materials wherever possible.

Customers are granted a personal-use-only licence for any purchased digital products. These files may not be resold, redistributed, or modified for commercial use without written permission from Party Your World.
